    Hendricks Park Trail

Located less than a mile east of Hayward Field is the 78-acre sanctuary of Hendricks Park, Eugene's oldest park. Beneath a canopy of trees wind undulating paved paths, park roads and pine needle covered foot-trails. Run gently through the cinder paths of the 12-acre Rhododendron Garden or challenge yourself to a hill workout on Summit Avenue.
