    Group Runs

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, Eugene Running Company offers free all comer's runs, a group walk, a coached beginner's group and a coached performance group.

Many from the groups have developed new friendships and many who have started to run have run marathons within a very short period of time.

Not only do the groups meet to run, walk or jog, but many go out as a group first Monday night of the month for Pizza and every Thursday evening for dinner after the workout.
